The invention relates to a counteractive rod assembly specially applied to heavy engineering self-unloading vehicles. The counteractive rod assembly comprises two spherical surface pin assemblies, the spherical surface pin assemblies comprise spherical surface pin metal assemblies and jackets which are vulcanized into a whole by polyurethane elastomers, and the jackets of the spherical surface pin assemblies are pressed into shells in an interference mode. Two shells and a middle connecting rod are combined in a hot-pressing mode to form a complete counteractive rod assembly. According to the counteractive rod assembly, the spherical surface pin assemblies are in a brand-new structure, firstly, an excellent buffer damping curve is provided, torsional moment and deflection torque of spherical surface pins are eliminated, tensile strength and compression resistance of the spherical surface pins are improved, meanwhile, the defect that snap springs are prone to collapse in terms of all existing counteractive rods can be avoided, and the reliability is greatly improved.
