The invention relates to the field of automobile steering rods, in particular to a variable-rigidity steering rod structure of a steering gear, which comprises a hollow outer shaft rod, an inner shaft rod and a moving device, a plurality of strip-shaped through holes are formed in the side wall of the upper half part of the hollow outer shaft rod, and a plurality of strip-shaped caulking grooves are formed in the inner wall of the hollow outer shaft rod; a plurality of filling strips in one-to-one correspondence with the strip-shaped caulking grooves are formed on the outer wall of the inner shaft rod, the filling strips are arranged in the corresponding strip-shaped caulking grooves in a sliding mode respectively, the upper end of the hollow outer shaft rod is connected with a steering wheel, and the lower end of the hollow outer shaft rod is connected with an input shaft of a steering gear box. The through hole is formed in a traditional integrated steering rod to reduce the torsional rigidity of the steering shaft, so that the softer steering hand feeling is achieved, a structure capable of adjusting the effective stroke of the through hole is additionally arranged on the basis of hole opening to achieve soft and hard flexible adjustment of the steering hand feeling, internal installation and external installation are provided for different vehicle types, and the steering effect is improved. Therefore, refitting requirements of more vehicle types can be met, and the adaptability is wide.

    本发明涉及汽车转向杆领域,具体是涉及一种转向器的可变刚度转向杆结构,包括空心外轴杆、内轴杆以及移动装置,所述空心外轴杆的上半部侧壁上开设有若干个条形通孔,所述空心外轴杆的内壁上成型有若干个条形嵌槽,所述内轴杆的外壁上成型有若干个与条形嵌槽一一对应的填充条,所述填充条分别滑动设置于对应的条形嵌槽中,所述空心外轴杆上端与方向盘相连,下端与方向机的输入轴相连。本发明通过在传统一体式转向杆开设通孔来降低转向轴的扭转刚度,从而实现更加柔和的转向手感,在开孔的基础上增加可调节通孔有效行程的结构来实现转向手感的软硬灵活调节,针对不同车型提供内装和外装两种方式,以匹配更多车型的改装需求,适应性广泛。
