The torsion bar comprises a torsion bar body, a movable push ring is arranged on the torsion bar body through a wave spring, a fixed push ring is sleeved on the torsion bar body on one side of the movable push ring, aligning grooves are respectively arranged on end faces between the fixed push ring and the movable push ring, and an adjusting steel ball is arranged between the aligning grooves. When the torsion bar is twisted, the pre-tightening force of the wave spring needs to be additionally overcome, so that the function that the torsion rigidity is variable along with the torsion angle is achieved; heavy steering hand feeling can be achieved during small-angle steering, and the stability and safety of high-speed driving are guaranteed; low-speed turning and in-situ steering can be guaranteed, and the hand force is light when large-angle steering is carried out; meanwhile, the continuity of steering hand feeling can be ensured; the steering performance is greatly optimized, and the driving hand feeling is improved. The problem that the steering hand feeling is discontinuous due to the fact that the torque of an existing torsion bar is increased or decreased suddenly is solved.
