The invention relates to an aluminum alloy profile car door framework and a machining method thereof. The vehicle door framework comprises a door frame camber beam which is formed by bending an aluminum alloy profile and is of a closed structure, the profile is provided with an inner beam plate, an outer beam plate, a first connecting beam plate and a second connecting beam plate, the inner beam plate and the outer beam plate are oppositely arranged, and the first connecting beam plate and the second connecting beam plate are connected with the inner beam plate and the outer beam plate to enable the profile to be of the closed structure. A first connecting beam plate connecting the first end of the inner beam plate and the first end of the outer beam plate is provided with a mud groove used for limiting window glass, and the end, close to the outer beam plate, of the second connecting beam plate is provided with a limiting protrusion. The inner windowsill beam and the car door outer cross beam are transversely and fixedly mounted between the two side beams of the door frame camber beam, and a car door inner water cut is mounted on the inner windowsill beam; the car door outer cross beam is connected with the car door outer plate, a car door outer water cutting part is installed on the car door outer cross beam, and the car door outer water cutting part and the car door inner water cutting part are matched to limit car window glass. Therefore, the problems that the input cost of a vehicle door development mold is too high and the vehicle door is heavy are solved.
本发明涉及一种铝合金型材车门骨架及其加工方法。其中,车门骨架包括:由铝合金型材折弯而成的封闭型结构的门框弯梁,该型材具有相对设置的内梁板和外梁板,以及连接内梁板和外梁板使得型材呈封闭结构的第一连接梁板和第二连接梁板;连接内梁板第一端和外梁板第一端的第一连接梁板上设置有用于限定车窗玻璃的泥槽,第二连接梁板靠近外梁板的一端设置有限位凸起;横向固定安装在门框弯梁的两个侧梁之间的内窗台梁和车门外横梁,且内窗台梁上安装车门内水切;车门外横梁与车门外板连接,车门外横梁上安装有车门外水切,车门外水切和车门内水切配合对车窗玻璃进行限位。这样就解决了车门开发模具投入成本过高以及车门重量大的问题。
