The invention discloses an anti-deformation high-strength automobile aluminum profile door plate structure and a machining method thereof.     本发明公开了一种抗变形高强度汽车铝型材门板结构及其加工方法,包括内用板、夹板和外用板。本发明结构合理,增加了门板的抗形变性能,同时设置的加强板和加强筋,强化了最容易冲击形变部位的硬度,采用压接的方式将三个铝板材逐个压合连接在一起,且相互之间连接紧密性强,改变传统单板材的门板结构,达到降低掉漆后锈蚀穿透速度的效果,同时易于局部拆除更换。
