The invention discloses a thermal management system of a hybrid electric vehicle and the hybrid electric vehicle. The thermal management system comprises a closed upper grid structure and a lower grid structure with an opening, a condenser, a gearbox oil cooler, a low-temperature radiator, a high-temperature radiator and a cooling fan are arranged on the inner side of the lower grating structure; the condenser is located at the foremost end close to the lower grating structure, the gearbox oil cooler and the low-temperature radiator are arranged at the rear end of the condenser side by side, the low-temperature radiator is located at the bottom of the gearbox oil cooler, and at least part of the low-temperature radiator is directly opposite to an opening of the lower grating structure. And the high-temperature radiator and the cooling fan are sequentially arranged at the rear ends of the gearbox oil cooler and the low-temperature radiator. On one hand, all parts of the cooling module can achieve the functions, and it is guaranteed that the air conditioner and the cooling performance meet the index requirements; and on the other hand, the first hybrid vehicle model with the electric modeling style is successfully developed, and platform development experience is provided for thermal management development of other vehicle models.
本发明公开一种混动汽车的热管理系统及混动汽车,包括封闭的上格栅结构,以及具有开口的下格栅结构;下格栅结构内侧设置有冷凝器、变速箱油冷器、低温散热器、高温散热器以及冷却风扇;冷凝器位于靠近下格栅结构的最前端,变速箱油冷器以及低温散热器并列置于冷凝器的后端,低温散热器位于变速箱油冷器的底部,且低温散热器至少部分与下格栅结构的开口直接相对,高温散热器与冷却风扇依次排列在变速箱油冷器以及低温散热器的后端。本发明一方面保证了冷却模块所有部件实现其功用,保证了空调及冷却性能达到指标要求;另一方面成功开发首款电动化造型风格的混动车型,为其他车型的热管理开发提供了平台开发经验。
