The intercooler can be communicated with an air inlet channel of the engine. The first fan is used for blowing air to the high-temperature radiator and the intercooler. And a driving motor heat dissipation channel of the driving motor is communicated with the medium-temperature radiator to form a driving motor heat dissipation loop. The compressor and the condenser form a combined heat dissipation loop. And the combined heat dissipation loop can selectively dissipate heat of the battery pack and/or refrigerate the air conditioning box. And the second fan is used for blowing air to the medium-temperature radiator and the condenser. The thermal management system of the hybrid electric vehicle is high in integration level and few in part number, and the energy utilization rate of the first fan and the second fan can be effectively increased.
