The invention discloses a lifting and turning-over method for an aluminum ship hull of a ship, belongs to the technical field of ship hull lifting and turning-over, and solves the technical problems of long construction period and high labor cost of an existing lifting and turning-over scheme. The method comprises the following steps: welding an aluminum alloy hanger to a ship body for lifting and turning over, specifically, segmenting the aluminum ship body of the ship; determining a lifting and turning-over mode, arranging an aluminum alloy hanger, selecting an aluminum alloy hanger form, analyzing the strength of a lifting point position, and determining a lifting reinforcing form; the hoisting point area is reinforced before hoisting and turning over; welding an aluminum alloy hanger, checking the internal quality of a welding seam, and making mark points around the aluminum alloy hanger; hoisting and turning over the segmented ship body; checking the internal quality of a welding seam and the deformation condition of peripheral plates after hoisting and turning; and the form of the aluminum alloy hanger or the hanging point position or the reinforcing form is improved. And the aluminum alloy hangers are used for hoisting and turning over, so that the ship body building efficiency can be greatly improved, manpower and material resources are reduced, and benefits are improved.

    本发明公开了一种舰船铝质船体的吊运翻身方法,属于船体吊运翻身技术领域,解决现有吊运翻身的方案施工周期长,劳动成本高的技术问题。方法为:使用铝合金吊码焊接到船体进行吊运翻身,具体为:将舰船铝质船体进行分段;确定吊运翻身方式、铝合金吊码的布置、铝合金吊码形式的选定、吊点位置强度的分析及吊装加强形式的确定;吊运翻身前对吊点区域进行加强;焊装铝合金吊码,检查焊缝内部质量,在铝合金吊码周围做标记点;对分段船体进行吊运翻身;吊运翻身结束后检查焊缝内部质量、四周板材变形情况;改进铝合金吊码的形式或吊点位置或加强形式。使用铝合金吊码进行吊运翻身,可以大幅提高了船体建造效率,减轻人力、物力,提高效益。
