The invention discloses a method for T-shaped section turning-over assembly hoisting of a container ship. The method comprises the specific following steps that first assembly hoisting rings, second assembly hoisting rings and turning-over hoisting rings are mounted on a T-shaped section; a first lifting hook and a second lifting hook of a gantry crane are connected to a hanging row; the lifting hooks of the hanging row are connected with the first assembly hoisting rings, the third lifting hook is connected with the turning-over hoisting rings, and the gantry crane is started to enable the T-shaped section to turn over by 90 degrees; the third lifting hook is connected to the second assembly hoisting rings; the gantry crane is started again to enable the T-shaped section to turn over twice; and finally, the T-shaped section is horizontally hoisted to the assembly position and is assembled with other sections. According to the method, by means of the flexible cooperation of the gantrycrane lifting hooks and the hanging row, the smooth proceeding of the T-shaped total section turning-over assembly can be ensured, and the problem that a conventional hoisting method cannot perform turning-over assembly hoisting on the T-shaped section is solved.
