The invention discloses a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle based on a tilting mechanism and four rotors. The fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, the first to fourth rotors, the tilting mechanism, a locking mechanism and a control module, the tilting mechanism comprises a rotating frame, a fixed rod, first to fourth transmission rods, first to second output rods, first to second driving straight gears, first to second driven straight gears, first to second driving bevel gears, first to fourth transmission bevel gears, and first to second driven bevel gears; the locking mechanism comprises four locking units, and each locking unit comprises a locking motor, a locking connecting rod and a locking bolt. The tilting torque is generated by changing the lift force of the front rotor wing and the rear rotor wing, the space occupied by the rotor wings in the tilting state is reduced through the transmission system, compared with other tilting mechanisms, additional steering engine control is not needed, and the structure is simple.

    本发明公开了一种基于倾转机构和四旋翼的固定翼无人机,包括无人机本体、第一至第四旋翼、倾转机构、锁止机构和控制模块;倾转机构包含转动架、固定杆、第一至第四传动杆、第一至第二输出杆、第一至第二主动直齿轮、第一至第二被动直齿轮、第一至第二主动锥齿轮、第一至第四传动锥齿轮、以及第一至第二被动锥齿轮;锁止机构包含四个锁止单元,锁止单元包含锁止电机、锁止连杆和锁止插销。本发明通过改变前后旋翼的升力以产生倾转力矩,并通过传动系统减小了倾转状态下旋翼所占空间,相比于其他倾转机构不需要额外的舵机控制,结构简单。
