The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle assembly, and particularly relates to a chassis mounting line and a mine truck assembly line. The AGV shuttle line and the AGVs are arranged among the multiple sets of mounting stations, the AGVs move back and forth among the multiple sets of mounting stations, each set of mounting station is provided with a supporting tool, the supporting tools are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the AGV shuttle line, each mounting station is further provided with a transferring mechanism and a tightening machine, the position changing machine is used for turning over a vehicle frame, and the AGV shuttle line is used for driving the AGV shuttle line to move back and forth. The caching station is used for mounting and caching the overturned to-be-assembled component; and the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the to-be-assembled part to the mounting station. The mode of AGV + drag chain line + plate chain line is adopted, so that the high integration level of the whole assembly production is realized, and the manufacturing cost of the production line is greatly reduced; in the chassis installation production line, all the installation stations are matched with the AGV, the vehicle frame is supported through the supporting tool, installation is convenient, and the efficiency of the assembly process is greatly improved.

    本发明属于车辆装配技术领域,尤其涉及一种底盘安装线和矿卡装配线。安装工位设置有多组,多组安装工位间设有AGV穿梭线路和AGV,AGV在多组安装工位间往复运行,每组安装工位上均设置有支撑工装,支撑工装对称设置在AGV穿梭线路两侧,安装工位上还设置有转运机构和打紧机,变位机用于翻转车架,缓存工位用于翻转后待转配组件的安装和缓存;转运机构用于将待装配部件转运至安装工位。采用AGV+拖链线+板链线的方式,既实现了整个装配生产的高集成度,又大大降低了生产线制作成本;底盘安装生产线中通过各安装工位与AGV相配合,利用支撑工装对车架进行支撑,安装方便,大大提高了装配过程效率。
