The invention relates to a drive motor left elastic support assembly and a suspension system, the drive motor left elastic support assembly comprises a suspension support, the suspension support comprises an outer sleeve and a metal plate support fixedly connected with the outer sleeve, the metal plate support is provided with an arc groove matched with the outer wall face of the outer sleeve, and the outer sleeve is located in the arc groove and connected with the metal plate support in a welded mode; and the soft cushion assembly is pressed in the outer sleeve in an interference manner and comprises an inner sleeve and a rubber body positioned in the inner sleeve, an inner framework is connected in the rubber body, and a fork arm with one end protruding out of the outer sleeve is pressed in the inner framework in an interference manner. According to the suspension support, the metal plate support is connected with the outer sleeve in a welded mode, the metal plate support is welded to the outer sleeve for structural design, and the modal and strength requirements of the suspension support are met. The cushion assembly is provided with the rubber body located between the inner framework and the inner sleeve, vibration and impact transmitted to the suspension support by the fork arm are buffered by adjusting the structure of the rubber body and configuring proper rubber hardness, and durability and reliability of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本申请涉及一种驱动电机左弹性支架总成及悬置系统,包括:悬置支架,其包括外套管,以及固定连接外套管的钣金支架,钣金支架上开设有与外套管的外壁面相适配的圆弧槽,外套管位于圆弧槽内与钣金支架焊接连接;软垫总成,其过盈压装在外套管内,包括内套管,位于内套管内的橡胶体,橡胶体内连接有内骨架,内骨架内过盈压装有一端凸出于外套管外部的叉臂。本申请的悬置支架采用钣金支架与外套管焊接连接,悬置支架采用钣金支架焊接外套管进行结构设计,满足悬置支架的模态和强度要求。软垫总成设置了位于内骨架和内套管之间的橡胶体,通过调整橡胶体的结构和配置合适的胶料硬度,进而缓冲叉臂传递至悬置支架的振动和冲击,提高整车的耐久、可靠性。
