The invention discloses an aircraft tire bead buffering structure resistant to super-large deformation and a preparation method of the aircraft tire bead buffering structure. The tire bead buffering structure comprises a steel wire ring, apex, tire bead core wrapping cloth and buffering rubber. The apex comprises a top end, a bottom, a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall extend between the top end and the bottom. The bead core wrapping cloth surrounds the apex and the steel wire ring to form an integral structure, and the bead core wrapping cloth comprises a top area corresponding to the top end of the apex, a first area corresponding to the first side wall and a second area corresponding to the second side wall; the buffer rubber is arranged on the outer side of the bead core wrapping cloth and covers the top area, at least part of the first area and at least part of the second area. According to the characteristics and performance requirements of the aircraft tire bead structure, the position, the size structure, the material performance and the like of the buffer rubber are optimized, and the anti-shearing capacity and the overall durability of the tire bead structure and the aircraft tire under the condition of oversized deformation are comprehensively improved.

    本发明公开了一种耐超大形变的航空轮胎胎圈缓冲结构及其制备方法,所述胎圈缓冲结构包括钢丝圈、三角胶、胎圈芯包布和缓冲胶;三角胶包括顶端、底部和在顶端与底部之间延伸的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,三角胶的底部设置在钢丝圈的顶部;胎圈芯包布将三角胶和钢丝圈包围成整体结构,胎圈芯包布包括与三角胶顶端对应的顶部区域、与第一侧壁对应的第一区域和与第二侧壁对应的第二区域;缓冲胶设置在胎圈芯包布外侧,覆盖所述顶部区域、第一区域的至少部分和第二区域的至少部分。本发明根据航空轮胎胎圈结构特点和性能需求,优化缓冲胶位置、尺寸结构及材料性能等,综合提升胎圈结构及其航空轮胎在面临超大形变条件下的抗剪切能力和整体耐久性。
