The invention relates to a tire bead part structure with a buffer layer. A tire bead part of the structure sequentially comprises a lining layer, a steel wire seam allowance, a tire body, a triangularpart, a steel wire ring, a wear-resistant rubber body and a low-heat-generation tire bead buffer layer; the low-heat-generation tire bead buffer layer is pressed into a specified shape and then arranged between the steel wire seam allowance and the tire body in an attached mode, and the attached low-heat-generation tire bead buffer layer can fill a gap reserved at the bent position of the steel wire seam allowance and the tire body. The newly added buffer layer structure of the tire bead has the characteristics of low heat generation and high safety, is suitable for all-steel radial heavy-duty tires of all specifications, and is particularly suitable for tires needing long-time high-speed driving.

    本发明涉及一种带缓冲层的胎圈部位结构,本结构轮胎胎圈部位依次包括内衬层、钢丝子口、胎体、三角部、钢丝圈、耐磨胶体和低生热胎圈缓冲层;低生热胎圈缓冲层压制出指定形状后贴合设置于钢丝子口和胎体之间,贴合好的低生热胎圈缓冲层可填补钢丝子口与胎体弯折处留下的空隙。本胎圈新增的缓冲层结构,具有生热低、安全的特性,适合用于所有规格全钢子午线载重型轮胎,尤其适用于需要长时间高速行驶的轮胎。
