The invention discloses a support capacitor and a dual-motor controller, and relates to the technical field of dual-motor controllers. Wherein the supporting capacitor comprises a capacitor shell, a positive electrode copper bar, an insulating layer, a capacitor core body, a negative electrode copper bar and an insulating layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top; the dual-motor controller is composed of a supporting capacitor and a parallel tube IGBT module, the parallel tube IGBT module is composed of a plurality of parallel tube IGBT assemblies, each parallel tube IGBT assembly is formed by connecting a plurality of IGBTs in parallel and welding the IGBTs through an IGBT driving plate, each parallel tube IGBT assembly further comprises a copper busbar, and each IGBT is connected with the copper busbar through a screw; the capacitor core body is connected to the IGBT through a positive electrode copper bar and a negative electrode copper bar which support the two sides of the capacitor. According to the embodiment of the invention, the supporting capacitors are redesigned, and the IGBTs are used in parallel, so that the problems that the number of parts is large, the assembly is complex, and the size is large are solved.

    本申请公开一种支撑电容及双电机控制器,涉及双电机控制器技术领域。其中支撑电容包括由下至上依次叠加的电容外壳、正极铜排、绝缘层、电容芯体、负极铜排和绝缘层;双电机控制器由支撑电容和并管IGBT模组组成,其中并管IGBT模组由多个并管IGBT组件组成,并管IGBT组件由多个IGBT并联,并通过IGBT驱动板焊接组成,并管IGBT组件还包括汇流铜排,每个IGBT通过螺钉与汇流铜排连接;电容芯体通过支撑电容两侧的正极铜排和负极铜排连接至IGBT。本申请实施例通过重新设计支撑电容,并将IGBT并管使用,解决了零部件数量多、装配复杂、体积大的问题。
