The invention discloses a motor controller module with a surrounding water-cooling film capacitor, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle motor controllers. The motor controller module comprises an inversion heat dissipation support, the inversion heat dissipation support comprises a thin-film capacitor and a controller shell, the thin-film capacitor is encapsulated in the controller shell, a water cooling assembly is arranged in the controller shell, and the water cooling assembly is arranged on the thin-film capacitor in a surrounding mode. According to the water-cooling assembly, the thin-film capacitor is encapsulated in the controller shell, and the cooling liquid can be directly contacted with the encapsulating material on the surface of the thin-film capacitor, so that direct water-cooling heat dissipation is performed on the thin-film capacitor, and the problem that indirect water cooling mainly fits the capacitor with a heat dissipation water channel surface through a heat-conducting medium (such as silicone grease, a heat-conducting pad and the like) is solved. The motor controller module solves the problem that the heat conduction path of the heat passes through the encapsulation resin, the capacitor shell, the heat-conducting medium and the heat dissipation water channel surface, so that the heat dissipation capability of the thin-film capacitor in the motor controller is improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有环绕水冷薄膜电容的电机控制器模组,涉及电动汽车电机控制器技术领域。该电机控制器模组包括逆变散热支架,其包括薄膜电容和控制器壳体,薄膜电容灌封于控制器壳体内部,控制器壳体内部设置有水冷组件,且水冷组件环绕设置于薄膜电容上。本发明的水冷组件因薄膜电容灌封于控制器壳体内部,冷却液可直接接触薄膜电容表面的灌封材料,从而对薄膜电容进行直接的水冷散热,其解决了间接水冷主要通过导热介质(如硅脂、导热垫等)将电容与散热水道面贴合,其热量通过灌封树脂‑电容外壳‑导热介质‑散热水道面,传导路径较长的问题,因此该电机控制器模组提高电机控制器中针对薄膜电容的散热能力。
