The invention discloses a method for enabling a large-diameter reaming cutterhead to go out of a well mouth for a raise boring machine. The method comprises the following steps that the reaming cutterhead located in the well mouth and a foundation beam located above the well mouth are connected through a first sling; a first lifting frame is installed, and the chambering cutter head is lifted to a first set height through a first hoisting device installed on the first lifting frame; the first lifting frame and the first hoisting device are dismantled; a second lifting frame is installed on the ground, and the foundation beam is lifted through a second hoisting device installed on the second lifting frame so that the reaming cutter head can be lifted to the position above the well opening; a sliding beam is laid on the upper surface of the wellhead, and a second hoisting device drives the foundation beam to descend so that the reaming cutter head can fall on the sliding beam; and the foundation beam and the second lifting frame are dismantled, and then a traction device is used for driving the chambering cutter head to horizontally slide out of the wellhead along the sliding beam. According to the method for taking the large-diameter reaming cutter head out of the well mouth for the raise boring machine, the large-diameter reaming cutter head can be lifted out of the well mouth without adopting large equipment.
本发明公开了一种天井钻机用大直径扩孔刀盘出井口方法,包括以下步骤:通过第一吊索连接位于井口内的扩孔刀盘和井口上方的基础梁;安装第一提升架,利用安装于第一提升架上的第一吊运装置将扩孔刀盘提升至第一设定高度;拆除第一提升架和第一吊运装置;在地面安装第二提升架,利用安装于第二提升架的第二吊运装置提升基础梁,以使扩孔刀盘提升至井口上方;在井口上表面铺设滑动梁,第二吊运装置驱动基础梁下降,以使扩孔刀盘落置于滑动梁上;拆除基础梁和第二提升架,然后利用牵引装置驱动扩孔刀盘沿滑动梁水平滑出井口上方。根据本发明实施例的天井钻机用大直径扩孔刀盘出井口方法,无须采用大型设备即可将大直径扩孔刀盘从井口中吊出。
