The crane hoisting mechanism comprises a speed reducer, a coupler, a hoisting motor and a winding drum, first supporting plates are arranged on the two sides of the winding drum, a center rotating shaft penetrating through the first supporting plates is arranged in the winding drum, and an anti-falling mechanism is arranged at the right end of the center rotating shaft; the right side of the anti-falling mechanism is rotationally connected with a locking mechanism; the right side of the locking mechanism is in engaged connection with a compound gear which is in engaged connection with a driving assembly. A synchronous transmission component is arranged on the right side of the central rotating shaft; a reciprocating lead screw and a limiting sliding assembly are arranged below the first supporting plate, and an anti-falling auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the reciprocating lead screw. Through the combined action of the anti-falling mechanism, the locking mechanism and the auxiliary anti-falling mechanism, the heavy object falling accident caused by rapid rotation of the winding drum due to unexpected situations can be effectively prevented, and the safety and reliability of operation of the hoisting mechanism of the crane are remarkably improved. And the overall mechanical structure is simple in design, and large-scale production and application in the crane hoisting mechanism industry are easy.

    本发明涉及一种起重机起升机构,包括减速机、联轴器、起升电机、卷筒,所述卷筒两侧设有第一支撑板,卷筒内设有贯穿第一支撑板的中心转轴,中心转轴右端设有防坠机构;防坠机构右侧转动连接有锁止机构;锁止机构右侧啮合连接有复合齿轮,复合齿轮啮合连接有驱动组件;中心转轴右侧设有同步传动组件;第一支撑板下方设有往复丝杆和限位滑动组件,往复丝杆上设有防坠辅助机构。本发明通过防坠机构、锁止机构与辅助防坠机构的共同作用,可有效防止意外情况导致卷筒快速转动而引起的重物坠落事故,显著提升了起重机起升机构运行的安全性与可靠性。并且整体机械结构设计简单,易于在起重机起升机构行业大规模生产与应用。
