The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism of a crane. The hoisting mechanism of the crane comprises a winding drum, a steel wire rope, two upper pulley blocks, two lower pulley blocks and two guidepulleys; the two lower pulley blocks are correspondingly arranged at two ends of a lifting appliance, and each lower pulley block corresponds to one upper pulley block and one guide pulley; the middle part of the steel wire rope is positioned between the two guide pulleys, two ends of the steel wire rope are correspondingly fixed on the winding drum by bypassing the corresponding guide pulley, lower pulley block and upper pulley block; and the included angle between the steel wire rope among the corresponding guide pulley, lower pulley block and upper pulley block and the vertical surface vertical to the winding drum is within a preset value. According to the hoisting mechanism of the crane, the two lower pulley blocks are arranged at the two ends of the lifting appliance correspondingly,and the problems of unbalance, swing and the like possibly generated by the lifting appliance are avoided; the two upper pulley blocks and the two guide pulleys are correspondingly arranged, so thatthe universal safety requirement of hoisting is met, and the safety and the reliability are higher; and the number of steel wire ropes is reduced, and the equipment structure and installation difficulty are simplified.

    本发明公开了一种起重机起升机构,包括:卷筒、钢丝绳、两个上滑轮组、两个下滑轮组和两个导向滑轮;两个下滑轮组分别设置在吊具两端;每个下滑轮组与一个上滑轮组和一个导向滑轮对应;钢丝绳的中部位于两个导向滑轮之间,两端分别顺次绕过对应的导向滑轮、下滑轮组和上滑轮组固定在卷筒上;对应的导向滑轮、下滑轮组、上滑轮组之间的钢丝绳与垂直于卷筒的竖直面之间的夹角在预设值以内。本发明的起重机起升机构,通过将两个下滑轮组分别设置在吊具的两端,避免吊具可能产生的不平衡、摇摆等问题。并对应设置两个上滑轮组和两个导向滑轮,满足吊装通用安全要求,安全性和可靠性较高。减少了钢丝绳数量,简化了设备结构和安装难度。
