The invention relates to the technical field of hoister control, and discloses a self-adaptive parameter adjustment hoister control method which comprises the following steps: collecting running state data of a hoister; constructing a loss function of model parameters in the elevator intelligent control model based on the training data set, and performing optimization solution on the loss function; and the elevator intelligent control model is used for receiving elevator operation state data, elevator control strategy optimization is carried out, a multi-section frequency converter parameter adjustment result is obtained, and frequency converter parameter setting is covered. According to the method, state time sequence information feature extraction is carried out by combining elevator operation state data at adjacent operation moments, parameter mapping and parameter adjustment probability calculation are carried out on current frequency converter parameter setting, the larger the frequency switching amplitude is, the larger the parameter adjustment probability is, the loss of the frequency converter in the elevator is reduced, and the reliability of the elevator is improved. And the frequency converter parameter adjustment result with the parameter adjustment probability higher than a preset threshold value is reserved, and self-adaptive parameter adjustment of the frequency converter in the elevator is achieved.

    本发明涉及提升机控制的技术领域,公开了一种自适应参数调节的提升机控制方法,所述方法包括:采集提升机运行状态数据;基于训练数据集构建提升机智能控制模型中模型参数的损失函数,对损失函数进行优化求解;利用提升机智能控制模型接收提升机运行状态数据,并进行提升机控制策略优化,得到多段变频器参数调节结果,对变频器参数设置进行覆盖。本发明结合邻近运行时刻的提升机运行状态数据进行状态时序信息特征提取,对当前变频器参数设置进行参数映射以及参数调节概率计算,其中频率切换幅度越大,则参数调节概率越大,减少提升机中变频器的损耗,保留参数调节概率高于预设阈值的变频器参数调节结果,实现提升机中变频器的自适应参数调节。
