The invention discloses a self-adaptive adjustment system and method for an elevator. The system comprises an elevator detection module, a remote monitor terminal and a monitor center, wherein the elevator detection module comprises a main elevator control board, an elevator car communication board and a three-axis inertial sensor; the elevator car communication board is connected with the three-axis inertial sensor and used for receiving and analyzing three-dimensional elevator operation original data detected by the three-axis inertial sensor; the main elevator control board is connected with the elevator car communication board and used for receiving the three-dimensional elevator operation original data and an analysis processing result which are transmitted by the elevator car communication board, then further analyzing and processing the data and inquiring and modifying elevator operation parameters according to an instruction sent by the monitor center through the remote monitor terminal; the monitor center is used for receiving data sent by the elevator detection module through the remote monitor terminal and automatically performing self-adaptive adjustment on the elevator. The maintenance work is greatly reduced, the comfort of elevator operation is improved, and safe operation of the elevator is enhanced.
