The invention relates to a coaxial dual-rotor unmanned helicopter for loading. The coaxial dual-rotor unmanned helicopter comprises a frame module; the engine module comprises two engines, and the two engines are arranged on the frame module in a bilateral symmetry mode; the rotor wing module comprises a main shaft as well as an upper rotor wing and a lower rotor wing which are mounted on the main shaft; the rotor attitude control module is mounted on the main shaft, is in transmission connection with the upper rotor and the lower rotor and is used for controlling the flight attitudes of the upper rotor and the lower rotor; and the reduction gearbox module is arranged between the engine module and the main shaft and is used for changing the rotating torsion of the output shafts of the two engines to a rotor wing transmission shaft on the main shaft in the vertical direction. According to the unmanned helicopter, coaxial double-rotor design is adopted in rotor parts, empennages are omitted, synchronous elevation angle adjustment and fuselage posture adjustment of upper and lower layers of propellers can be synchronously achieved, symmetrical layout is adopted in overall power design, the stability of the unmanned helicopter is improved, the load capacity of the unmanned helicopter reaches one ton, the application range is wide, and the unmanned helicopter is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. And the blank of the domestic load-carrying unmanned aerial vehicle is filled.

    本发明涉及一种载重用共轴双旋翼无人直升机,包括:框架模块;发动机模块,包括两台发动机,两台发动机左右对称布局在框架模块上;旋翼模块,包括主轴以及安装在主轴上的上旋翼和下旋翼;旋翼姿态控制模块,安装在主轴上且分别与上旋翼以及下旋翼传动连接,用于控制上旋翼与下旋翼的飞行姿态;减速箱模块,安装在发动机模块与主轴之间,用于将两台发动机的输出轴旋转扭力变更到垂直方向主轴上的的旋翼传动轴上。其在旋翼部分采用共轴双旋翼设计,取消了尾翼,可同步实现上下两层桨的同步仰角调节以及机身姿态调整,整体动力设计采用对称布局,提高无人直升机的稳定性,并且此无人直升机载重量达到一吨,应用范围广,填补了国内载重无人机的空白。
