The invention discloses a modular multi-size cubesat attitude control integrated system suitable for batch production, and relates to the technical field of satellites. Comprising a structural unit, an attitude monitoring subsystem, an attitude control subsystem, a data processing subsystem, a data transmission communication subsystem and a power supply subsystem, and the five subsystems are installed on the structural unit. The structural unit is a hollow hexahedron composed of six mounting plates; the attitude monitoring subsystem is electrically connected with the power supply subsystem and is also connected with the data processing subsystem through a signal line; the attitude control subsystem is electrically connected with the power supply subsystem and is also connected with the data processing subsystem through a signal line; the data processing subsystem is electrically connected with the power supply subsystem and is also connected with the data transmission communication subsystem and the power supply subsystem through signal lines; the data transmission communication subsystem is electrically connected with the power supply subsystem. The system has the advantages of being short in development and final assembly period, light in structure, unified in interface, multiple in function, good in expandability, capable of being used in a multi-size compatible mode and suitable for batch production.

    本发明公开了一种适于批产的模块化多尺寸立方星姿控一体化系统,涉及卫星技术领域。包括结构单元、姿态监测分系统、姿态控制分系统、数据处理分系统、数传通信分系统、电源分系统,五个分系统安装在结构单元上;结构单元为六块安装板组成的中空六面体;姿态监测分系统与电源分系统电连接,还通过信号线与数据处理分系统连接;姿态控制分系统与电源分系统电连接,还通过信号线与数据处理分系统连接;数据处理分系统与电源分系统电连接,还通过信号线与数传通信分系统和电源分系统连接;数传通信分系统与电源分系统电连接。本发明具有研制、总装周期短、结构轻量化、接口统一化、功能多、可扩展性好、可多尺寸兼容使用、适于批量化生产的特点。
