The invention discloses a modular green single-component propelling system suitable for a cubesat. The modular green single-component propelling system structurally comprises a propellant storage tank, a liquid path safety valve, a starting electromagnetic valve, a single-component thrust chamber, a pressure sensor and a connecting pipeline. The propellant storage box is an annular cylindrical storage box, and a pressurized gas charging port, a filling port, a liquid path safety valve interface, a single-component thruster interface and a propelling system and cubesat integrated interface are integrated on the storage box; the single-component thruster is integrated with an anti-inversion functional film, and a propelling system can be installed at any angle of a whole-satellite structure. The requirements of the CubeSat for non-toxicity, modularization, pre-packaging and integrated installation and launching at any angle of the propelling system are met.
本发明公开了一种适用于立方星的模块化绿色单组元推进系统,结构包括推进剂贮箱、液路保险阀、启动电磁阀、单组元推力室、压力传感器以及连接管路;所述推进剂贮箱为环柱形贮箱,在贮箱上集成有增压气体充气口、加注口、液路保险阀接口、单组元推力器接口以及推进系统与立方星集成接口;所述的单组元推力器集成防倒置功能膜,可实现推进系统在整星结构的任意角度安装。本发明满足了立方星对推进系统无毒化、模块化、预包装、可任意角度集成安装与发射的需求。
