The invention discloses a smart building data acquisition and analysis method and system based on the Internet of Things, and relates to the technical field of data analysis. The method comprises the steps that a vibration signal of a lift car and a sound signal of a traction machine of a target elevator in a preset time period are obtained; sequentially performing wavelet packet transformation, energy extraction and feature dimension reduction on the vibration signal and the sound signal to obtain a vibration feature vector and a sound feature vector; and the vibration feature vector and the sound feature vector serve as input of a pre-trained convolutional neural network model, and a fault diagnosis result of the target elevator is obtained. Through real-time monitoring and analysis of the vibration signals of the lift car and the sound signals of the traction machine during operation of the elevator, the abnormities during operation of the elevator can be captured, and the abnormities are often early signals of faults, so that intervention and timely maintenance before the faults deteriorate are facilitated, accidents are reduced, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的智慧楼宇数据采集分析方法及系统,涉及数据分析的技术领域。通过获取目标电梯在预设时间段内轿厢的振动信号和曳引机的声音信号;对振动信号和声音信号分别依次进行小波包变换、能量提取和特征降维,得到振动特征向量和声音特征向量;将振动特征向量和声音特征向量作为预训练的卷积神经网络模型的输入,得到目标电梯的故障诊断结果。通过对电梯运行时的轿厢振动信号和曳引机声音信号的实时监测和分析,能够捕捉到电梯运行中的异常,这些异常往往是故障发生的早期信号,有助于在故障恶化前进行干预,及时检修,减少事故发生,提高安全性。
