    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的楼宇智能监管系统,属于楼宇智能监管领域,本方案首先利用门禁的识别系统对进入的电瓶车挨个进行识别,并与停车场形成联动,在电瓶车未入车库后能够及时通过拨打住户电话的方式进行沟通,不仅有效解决小区内电瓶车乱停乱放的问题,而且还能督促住户规范停车以方便管理,有效避免携带电瓶车入电梯的情况发生,其次通过对现有的电动车监测仪进行改进,在监测仪被人为遮挡后通过距离探测器来触发伺服电机,从而让电动车监测仪自主躲开到遮挡范围外,有效做到全面监管,另外当自行车误触发电动车监测仪时,通过视频监控模块让保安对其进行确认,以便及时消除报警,有效保证住户的乘坐体验。
