The invention relates to the technical field of elevator supervision, operation and maintenance, and discloses an intelligent elevator supervision, operation and maintenance method based on the Internet of Things technology. Elevator data are collected through remote monitoring and uploaded to an independently researched and developed platform in real time, the operation condition and the data transmission condition of an elevator are known, elevator archives are established, and static information and dynamic information monitoring of the elevator is achieved; the platform monitors the real-time operation condition of the elevator, and the platform automatically generates a maintenance work order when data abnormity occurs in the operation of the elevator; by adopting a mode of a platform, a mobile phone terminal and maintenance personnel, 24-hour omnibearing remote monitoring on an intelligent terminal installed in an elevator is realized, and a supervision department, a maintenance company, a property management company and elevator management personnel can master the real-time running state of the elevator without going out. The self-developed hardware equipment is used for recognizing trapped people and falling down, rescue workers communicate with people needing rescue in real time, the panic mind of the people needing rescue is pacified, and rescue work can be better and faster carried out.

    本发明涉及电梯监管运维技术领域,且公开了一种物联网技术的电梯智能监管运维方法,利用远程监控采集电梯的数据实时上传到自主研发的平台,了解电梯的运行情况和数据传输情况,建立电梯档案,实现电梯静态信息和动态信息监控;平台对电梯的实时运行情况进行监控,电梯运行中产生数据异常的情况,平台自动生成维修工单;采用平台+手机端+维修人员的方式,实现了对安装在电梯里的智能终端进行24小时全方位的远程监控,让监管部门、维保公司、物业公司、电梯管理人员足不出户,就能掌握电梯实时运行状态。通过自主研发的硬件设备对困人、摔倒识别,救援人员实时与需要救助者沟通,安抚需要救助者的恐慌心里,使救援工作更好更快的展开。
