The invention relates to a battery thermal runaway monitoring system and method, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium. The system comprises thermistors, a power supply, a data acquisition module and a processor, a battery comprises a plurality of battery monomers, the surface of each battery monomer is provided with a thermistor, all the thermistors are connected in parallel to form a thermistor loop, one end of the thermistor loop is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply, and the other end of the thermistor loop is connected to a divider resistor. A parallel node formed by connecting the thermistors in parallel is determined as a voltage sampling point of the thermistor loop through connecting the divider resistor to the negative electrode of the power supply; and verifying the sampling voltage of the voltage sampling point at least comprising the thermistor loop and the battery monomer temperature of each battery monomer to obtain a comparison result of the battery parameters, and performing thermal runaway analysis according to the comparison result to determine the thermal runaway data of each battery monomer. By adopting the system, effective and reliable battery thermal runaway monitoring and early-warning battery thermal runaway monitoring can be realized.

    本申请涉及一种电池热失控监测系统、方法、车辆和计算机可读存储介质。所述系统包括:热敏电阻、电源、数据采集模块和处理器,电池包括多个电池单体,每个电池单体表面设有热敏电阻,所有热敏电阻并联形成热敏电阻回路,热敏电阻回路的一端连接至电源的正极,热敏电阻回路的另一端连接至分压电阻,通过分压电阻连接至电源的负极,热敏电阻并联形成的并联节点确定为热敏电阻回路的电压采样点;通过对至少包括热敏电阻回路的电压采样点的采样电压和各电池单体的电池单体温度进行验证,得到电池参数的比对结果,根据比对结果进行热失控分析,确定各电池单体的热失控数据。采用本系统能够实现有效、可靠的电池热失控监测和预警的电池热失控监测。
