The invention relates to 900MPa-grade high-strength steel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a plate blank with set chemical components; heating the plate blank, controlling technological parameters of heating to refine grains in the plate blank, and then performing hot rolling, cooling and coiling to obtain a hot-rolled coil; the hot-rolled coil is subjected to acid pickling, then cold rolling is conducted in a reciprocating rolling mode, the reduction rate of cold rolling is controlled, so that the interior of the hot-rolled coil subjected to acid pickling has sufficient recrystallization driving force, and a cold hard coil is obtained; and the cold hard coil is subjected to continuous complete annealing, technological parameters of a soaking section of continuous complete annealing are controlled so as to eliminate fibrous structures in the structure of the cold hard coil, then flattening is conducted, and the 900MPa-grade high-strength steel is obtained. The 900MPa-grade high-strength steel prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has excellent forming performance.

    本申请涉及一种900MPa级高强钢及其制备方法与应用,所述方法包括:得到具有设定化学成分的板坯;将所述板坯进行加热,并控制所述加热的工艺参数,以使所述板坯中的晶粒细化,后进行热轧、冷却以及卷取,得到热轧卷;将所述热轧卷进行酸洗,后采用往复轧制模式进行冷轧,并控制所述冷轧的压下率,以使酸洗后的热轧卷的内部具有充足的再结晶驱动力,得到冷硬卷;将所述冷硬卷进行连续完全退火,并控制所述连续完全退火的均热段的工艺参数,以消除所述冷硬卷的组织中的纤维状组织,后进行平整,得到900MPa级高强钢。本申请制备得到900MPa级高强钢具有优异的成形性能。
