According to the crane tower body disassembling and assembling method, the perpendicularity of the screw holes in the flange face of the bottom of the tower body is detected before the tower body is installed, the position of the sealing plate on the inner side of the tower body is determined when the perpendicularity of many screw holes does not meet the requirement after detection, and then the position corresponding to the sealing plate can be determined on the outer side face of the tower body; a cutting area is determined, then a sealing plate on the inner side of the tower body is cut off, the tower body is hoisted to a splitting station and then welded with an abutment to form a whole, the first rack and the second rack are hoisted to the outer side of the tower body correspondingly, a worker cuts the cutting area on the first rack and the second rack, and after cutting is completed, the first rack and the second rack are hoisted away from the outer side of the tower body correspondingly; the upper portion of the tower body is lifted away from the lower portion of the tower body in the vertical direction, the upper portion and the lower portion of the tower body are separated, and therefore the upper portion of the tower body is reserved and recycled, and the method is reliable.

    本发明提供一种起重机塔身拆装方法,在塔身安装前先对塔身底部法兰面的螺孔垂直度进行检测,检测后有较多螺孔垂直度不符合要求时,然后确定封板在塔身内侧的位置,进而能够在塔身外侧面确定与封板相对应的位置,并确定切割区域,接着割除塔身内侧的封板,将塔身吊至拆分工位后与墩台焊接形成一体,并将台架一和台架二分别吊至塔身外侧,使得工作人员在台架一和台架二上对切割区域进行切割,切割完成后,分别将台架一和台架二吊离塔身外侧,将塔身上部沿着竖直方向吊离塔身下部,实现塔身上下部分离,从而保留塔身上部,实现塔身上部的循环利用,方法可靠。
