The invention discloses a tower crane arrangement and assembly method suitable for large FPSO auxiliary construction. The method comprises the following steps that the coverage range of tower crane equipment is determined according to construction requirements; the center position of the tower crane on the FPSO is determined according to the coverage range; the center of the tower crane frame coincides with the center position of the tower crane, and the tower crane frame is installed on the FPSO; and a tower crane cantilever is mounted on the tower crane frame. According to the tower crane method, the tower crane equipment is arranged and supported on the FPSO, effective support can be provided for construction assistance of FPSO building and a large amount of connection debugging work in the later period of module integration by means of reasonable arrangement of the tower crane equipment, and then occupation of site track crane resources and floating crane resources in an existing method is avoided; the flexibility of FPSO building and connection debugging is enhanced, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种适用于大型FPSO辅助建造的塔吊布置及组装方法,该方法包括以下步骤:根据施工需求确定塔吊设备的覆盖范围;根据覆盖范围确定塔吊在FPSO上的中心位置;将塔吊框架的中心与塔吊中心位置重合,并将塔吊框架安装于FPSO上;在塔吊框架上安装塔吊悬臂。该塔吊方法通过将塔吊设备布置并支撑于FPSO之上的方式,利用塔吊设备的合理布置,可以实现对FPSO建造的施工辅助及对模块集成后期大量的连接调试工作提供有效支持,进而避免现有方法对场地履吊资源及浮吊资源的占用,增强FPSO建造及连接调试的灵活性,有效提高施工效率,降低施工费用。
