The invention discloses an auxiliary anti-collision method and system suitable for a tower crane lazy arm. The method at least comprises the following steps that under a manual operation mode in towercrane operation modes, rotation angular speed information of the current lazy arm of a tower crane, distance information between a lifting hook and the lazy arm and information of objects carried bythe lifting hook are obtained based on a sensor module; obstacle information in the rotation direction of the lazy arm is determined based on an obstacle detection module; a control module detects themanual operation of an operator on a direction module and a brake module, and generates a first control command based on the manual operation of the operator on the direction module and the brake module; a central processing unit generates a second control command based on the obstacle information, the rotation angular speed information of the current lazy arm of the tower crane, the distance information between the lifting hook and the lazy arm and the information of the objects carried by the lifting hook; and the first control command and the second control command form a mixed control command according to a logic mixing mode so as to control the tower crane lazy arm to avoid obstacles.

    一种适用于塔机吊臂的辅助防碰撞方法和系统,方法至少包括以下步骤:在塔机操作模式中的手动操作模式下基于传感器模块获取塔机当前吊臂的转动角速度信息、吊钩与吊臂的距离信息以及吊钩载运的物体信息;基于障碍物检测模块确定吊臂转动方向的障碍物信息;控制模块检测到操作人员对于方向模块和制动模块的人工操作,所述控制模块基于操作人员对于所述方向模块和所述制动模块的人工操作生成第一控制命令;中央处理器基于所述障碍物信息、所述塔机当前吊臂转动角速度信息、吊钩与吊臂的距离信息以及吊钩载运的物体信息生成第二控制命令;所述第一控制命令和所述第二控制命令按照逻辑混合的方式形成混合控制命令来控制塔机吊臂躲避障碍物。
