The invention relates to an electromagnetic adsorption butt joint structure for a microgravity environment and application thereof, the butt joint structure comprises an armature component and an electromagnetic component, the armature component comprises a first annular magnetic circuit and two guide iron cores symmetrically distributed at the front end of the first annular magnetic circuit, and each guide iron core comprises an electromagnetic guide rod; the electromagnetic component comprises a second annular magnetic circuit and two electromagnetic coils which are symmetrically distributed at the front end of the second annular magnetic circuit and are opposite in polarity, a guide iron core is further fixed in each electromagnetic coil, and a guide pin hole is formed in each guide iron core; the front end of the guide iron core extends out of the electromagnetic coil, and a guide groove used for guiding the electromagnetic guide rod to enter the guide pin hole is formed in the front end face of the guide iron core. The device is simple in structure, easy to implement and small in size; the adsorption distance can be adjusted and the butt joint force can be controlled by controlling the magnitude of current in the electromagnetic coil; the electromagnetic force directly acts on the armature, and the directivity is good; in cooperation with a guide structure, the complexity of butt joint parts is reduced, and the device is suitable for being used in a microgravity environment.
