The invention discloses an aircraft panel butt joint structure which adopts a distributed double-layer tooth-shaped butt joint band plate structure form to realize butt joint of main box section panels. The structure specifically comprises at least one pair of distributed double-layer tooth-shaped butt joint belt plates which are matched with each other, each butt joint belt plate comprises an upper-layer tooth-shaped butt joint lug group and a lower-layer tooth-shaped butt joint lug group which are arranged in an inside-outside staggered manner, and each group of lugs are in butt joint in a single lap joint manner, so that the lap joint surfaces of the lug groups are attached to be coaxial with the butt joint holes; a direct insertion/direct extraction mode is adopted for butt joint mounting and dismounting of aircraft panels, and the tooth-shaped lugs have a certain taper and can play a role in mounting and guiding. The wall plate butt joint mode has the advantages that a smooth pneumatic surface, a good force transmission route, a convenient disassembly and assembly process and the like can be guaranteed. According to the structure of the invention, various problems of the existing large airfoil box section wall plate butt joint structure are solved, and the force transmission route and the force transmission characteristic of the wall plate are effectively maintained.

    本发明公开一种飞机壁板对接结构,包括:采用分散式双层齿形对接带板结构形式,实现主盒段壁板的对接;具体包括至少一对分散式双层齿形对接带板配合;每个对接带板包括内外交错排列的上下双层齿形对接耳片组,每组耳片对接采用单搭接方式,实现耳片组的搭接面贴合与对接孔同轴;飞机壁板的对接安装与拆卸采用直插/直拔方式,齿形耳片带有一定锥度,可起到安装导向作用;该壁板对接形式可保证光滑的气动表面、良好的传力路线和便捷的拆卸与安装工艺等优点。本发明实施例解决了现有大型翼面盒段壁板对接结构存在的多种问题,实现了有效保持壁板的传力路线和传力特征。
