The invention discloses a foldable embarkation device of a deep sea floating type draught fan and a using method thereof.The device comprises a fixed embarkation ladder, a foldable embarkation frame and a winch, the fixed embarkation ladder comprises a plurality of stair platforms and stair flights, each stair platform is fixed to the side wall of a floating type draught fan platform, and the stair flights are fixed to the side wall of the floating type draught fan platform; every two adjacent stair platforms are connected through a stair section; the foldable embarkation frame comprises a fixed section and a folding section, the fixed section is arranged on the stair platform on the bottommost layer, the folding section and the fixed section are pivoted through a rotating shaft, and a lifting point is arranged at the outer end of the folding section; the winch is arranged on the deck of the floating type draught fan platform close to the stair platform on the highest layer, and the winch is connected with the folding section through a mooring rope. When a boarding person needs to get on the deck of the floating type draught fan platform from the maintenance ship, the winch lowers the folding section to be horizontal through the mooring rope, a hanging rope penetrates through the hanging point, and the hanging rope is used for hanging the boarding person; and the embarkation personnel are transported to the folding section by pulling the hanging rope.

    本发明公开了一种深远海漂浮式风机的可折叠式登乘装置及其使用方法,其中装置包括固定登乘梯、可折叠式登乘架和绞车,固定登乘梯包括若干个楼梯平台和梯段,每个楼梯平台固定于漂浮式风机平台的侧壁上,每相邻的两个楼梯平台之间通过一个梯段相连;可折叠式登乘架包括固定段和折叠段,固定段设置在最底层的楼梯平台上,折叠段与固定段之间通过转轴枢接,折叠段的外端设置有吊点;绞车紧邻最高层的楼梯平台设置在所述漂浮式风机平台的甲板上,绞车与折叠段通过缆绳相连。当登乘人员要从维船舶登上漂浮式风机平台的甲板时,绞车通过缆绳下放折叠段至水平时,在吊点穿设挂绳,将挂绳挂设登乘人员;通过拉动挂绳将登乘人员运输至折叠段。
