The invention provides a maritime embarkation device. The maritime embarkation device comprises a horizontal supporting frame, a lifting bin, a lifting rope and a winding and unwinding motor. The horizontal support is supported on a first deck of an offshore platform through stand columns. The winding and unwinding motor is fixed on the horizontal support frame and drives the winch to rotate; a rope rack is arranged at the top of the lifting bin; one end of the lifting rope is wound on the winch, and the other end is connected with the rope frame; a plurality of sliding rings are fixed on the outer wall of the lifting bin; a guide rod is slidably connected into the sliding ring. The guide rod is an automatic telescopic rod; the guide rod comprises a fixed pipe, a movable rod and a telescopic driving unit; the fixed pipe is vertically mounted on the horizontal support frame; the upper end of the movable rod is arranged in the fixed pipe in a sliding mode and driven by the telescopic driving unit to stretch out and draw back. The lower end of the movable rod is provided with a deck supporting piece capable of floating up and down along with a ship. Through the telescopic guide rod, the lifting bin can be conveniently in butt joint with different ships in a short distance for personnel transfer; the deck supporting piece can compensate up-and-down floating of the ship, and the situation that the guide rod is frequently impacted by the ship and damaged is avoided.
