The invention provides a monorail crane anti-sliding device. The monorail crane anti-sliding device comprises at least one pair of flexible energy absorbers, a traction steel wire rope, a blocking net and a rope winding and unwinding device. The flexible energy absorbers are symmetrically installed on the ground on the two sides of a monorail crane rail and used for providing a flexible blocking function when a monorail crane locomotive is subjected to sliding down. The blocking net is arranged below the monorail crane rail, the two ends of the blocking net are connected with the flexible energy absorbers through the traction steel wire ropes correspondingly, and the blocking net is used for blocking when the monorail crane locomotive runs down; a traction steel wire rope is led out from each flexible energy absorber, the traction steel wire ropes are connected with the corresponding ends of the blocking net after being guided by the guide devices, and the traction steel wire ropes are used for controlling the flexible energy absorbers to act when the monorail crane collides with the blocking net; the blocking net is connected with a rope winding and unwinding device through a pull rope, and the rope winding and unwinding device is used for controlling lifting of the blocking net. And when the monorail crane locomotive runs down, the monorail crane locomotive can be effectively intercepted and slowed down, so that the locomotive is prevented from derailing or collision accidents.
本发明提供一种单轨吊机车防跑车装置,包括至少一对柔性吸能器、牵引钢丝绳、拦网及收放绳装置;柔性吸能器对称安装在单轨吊轨道两侧的地面上,用于在单轨吊机车发生跑车时提供柔性阻挡功能;拦网设置在单轨吊轨道的下方,其两端分别通过牵引钢丝绳与柔性吸能器连接,拦网用于在单轨吊机车跑车时进行拦截;每个柔性吸能器均引出一根牵引钢丝绳,牵引钢丝绳经导向装置引导后与拦网的对应端连接,牵引钢丝绳用于在单轨吊机车撞击拦网时控制柔性吸能器动作;拦网通过拉绳与收放绳装置连接,收放绳装置用于控制拦网的升降。当单轨吊机车发生跑车时,能够有效拦截并减缓其速度,防止机车发生脱轨或冲撞事故。
