According to the device, an energy accumulator is added in an original clamping cylinder hydraulic system to store energy, so that the stability of clamping force is guaranteed, long-time high-pressure operation of a driving wheel and reduction of the service life of the driving wheel due to serious abrasion are prevented, and when a locomotive climbs in a heavy-load mode, a climbing mode is switched to increase the pressure of the clamping cylinder, so that traction force is increased, and the locomotive is prevented from sliding; and the locomotive can run safely.

    本发明公开了一种防爆蓄电池单轨吊防溜车装置,主机部的内部一侧固定有齿轮泵,齿轮泵的底部设置有液压油箱,液压油箱的一侧设置有液压控制箱,液压控制箱的一侧设置有蓄能器,液压控制箱的内部设置有第一电磁换向阀、第二电磁换向阀和叠加式减压阀,液控单向阀通过第一连管连通于的蓄能器的输入端,液控单向阀与蓄能器之间的管路内设置有压力传感器,蓄能器的输出接口一侧固定连通有第二连管,装置在原有的夹紧缸液压系统中,添加一个蓄能器储备能量保证夹紧力的稳定性,防止驱动轮长时间高压力运行,驱动轮磨损严重寿命降低,并在机车重载爬坡时,切换为爬坡模式增大夹紧缸压力从而增大牵引力,防止机车溜车,使机车安全运行。
