The brake triggering mechanism comprises a brake controller and a brake driving part, the brake controller is in communication interaction with the brake driving part and the whole vehicle controller, the brake controller is used for receiving the brake triggering information and triggering the brake driving part to work, the brake driving part is connected with the brake mechanism, and the brake driving part is used for driving the brake mechanism to work. According to the all-terrain vehicle and the remote control braking method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a worker can control the braking of the all-terrain vehicle through the remote control equipment, so that the possibility that the worker is injured by a dangerous environment can be reduced, and the safety is improved.
