The invention relates to a self-uniform-load sliding bearing wheel set which comprises two T-shaped side frames, a swing frame body and a supporting wheel, rotating holes are formed in the middles of the T-shaped side frames, a first sliding bearing is arranged in the rotating holes, the swing frame body comprises a frame body and end shafts connected to the two sides of the frame body, the two T-shaped side frames are oppositely arranged, and the supporting wheel is arranged between the two T-shaped side frames. Two end shafts of the swinging frame body are respectively connected with the two first sliding bearings in an inserting manner, so that the swinging frame body can swing relative to the two T-shaped side frames; a vertically-through mounting cavity is formed in the frame body, the supporting wheel is mounted in the mounting cavity, and the axis of the supporting wheel is perpendicular to the axis of the end shaft; the T-shaped side frame and the swing frame body are both made of aluminum alloy materials. An additional degree of freedom can be given to the wheel set in the lateral deviation direction, so that deformation of the rack cannot be transmitted to the supporting wheels, the stress of the supporting wheels is always kept in the radial direction, and self-uniform loading is achieved.
