The invention discloses a rolling wheel and sliding column composite sliding rail bearing system which comprises an upper sliding rail, a lower sliding rail and a retainer, and the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail are of lateral asymmetric structures; the upper rail first side of the upper sliding rail is in contact with the lower sliding rail through a combined structure of at least one roller mechanism and at least one first retainer, so that the motion friction coefficient of the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail is reduced on the premise that the lateral rigidity is guaranteed. The sliding column holder and the roller mechanism are arranged between the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail in an asymmetric bearing structure mode, so that the lateral rigidity of the sliding rail system is met, meanwhile, the friction loss of the sliding rail system is reduced, and the durability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种滚轮滑柱复合滑轨承载系统,包括上滑轨、下滑轨和保持架,所述上滑轨和所述下滑轨为侧向非对称结构;所述上滑轨的上轨第一侧通过至少一滚轮机构和至少一第一保持架的组合结构与所述下滑轨相接触,使得上滑轨与下滑轨在保证侧向刚度的前提下降低其运动摩擦系数。通过将滑柱保持架和滚轮机构以非对称承载结构的方式布置在上滑轨和下滑轨之间,在满足滑轨系统侧向刚度的同时,降低其摩擦损耗,提升耐久度的目的。
