The self-powered adjustable damping shock absorber comprises a coil assembly, a battery pack and a reciprocating mechanism, a permanent magnet assembly is arranged on the inner side of the coil assembly, the permanent magnet assembly is connected to a suspension, a shell is arranged below the permanent magnet assembly, a shock absorber assembly is arranged on the inner side of the shell, and the reciprocating mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the shell. The shock absorber assembly is connected with the bottom end of the suspension, and a chip and a damping adjusting valve are arranged on the shell. According to the self-powered adjustable damping shock absorber, when a vehicle bumps, the suspension drives the shock absorber assembly to stretch out and draw back together, so that a miniature cylindrical linear reciprocating motion generator composed of a coil assembly and a permanent magnet assembly is pushed within the stretching range of the shock absorber assembly; when a vehicle bumps, the permanent magnet assembly moves up and down on the inner side of the coil assembly along the suspension along with the telescopic movement of the shock absorber assembly to generate kinetic energy, and meanwhile the kinetic energy is stored in the battery pack to provide power for related equipment in the device, so that the purpose of self-energy supply is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种自供能的可调阻尼减震器,包括线圈组件、电池组和往复机构,所述线圈组件的内侧设置有永磁体组件,且永磁体组件连接在悬架上,同时永磁体组件的下方设置有外壳,所述外壳的内侧设置有减震器组件,且减震器组件与悬架的底端连接,所述外壳上设置有芯片和阻尼调节阀。该自供能的可调阻尼减震器,车辆颠簸时,悬架带动减震器组件也一起伸缩回弹,从而使得在减震器组件伸缩范围内,推动由线圈组件和永磁体组件构成的微型圆筒直线往复运动发电机,即在车辆颠簸时永磁体组件跟随减震器组件伸缩运动沿悬架在线圈组件内侧上下移动产生动能,同时动能存储至电池组的内部,为装置内部的相关设备提供动力,即达到自供能的目的。
