The frame is installed on the cylinder body and fixed through the two half shells, a frame cavity is formed in the center of the frame, a wire frame is arranged on the outer side of the frame, and the wire frame cavity is perpendicular to and not communicated with the frame cavity; a group of fan-shaped vibration magnets or an annular magnet is arranged on at least one cross section of the piston; coils are arranged on the outer sides of the wire frames, and rolling magnets are arranged in the wire frames; the thickness of the vibration magnet is not greater than the diameter of the rolling magnet; in the non-working process, the vibration magnets are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rolling magnet, in the working process, the vibration magnets do reciprocating motion in the axial direction of the cylinder body and apply torque to the rolling magnet, the rolling magnet swings or rolls in a reciprocating mode in the wire frame cavity, and the coil cuts magnetic lines of force to generate electricity and is used for driving and controlling the damping valve.

    本发明涉及一种自供电流体阻尼减振器,属新能源及振动控制技术领域。缸体两端分别与底座和缸盖相连,活塞与底座间设有平衡簧,上下缸腔经管路及阻尼阀连接,阻尼阀经导线与电路板相连;框架装在缸体上并经两半壳固定,框架中心处设有架腔、外侧设有线框,线框腔与架腔垂直且不连通;活塞的至少一个横截面上设有一组扇形振动磁铁或一个环形磁铁;线框外侧裝有线圈、内部装有滚动磁铁;振动磁铁的厚度不大于滚动磁铁的直径;非工作时各组振动磁铁对称配置的滚动磁铁的两侧,工作时振动磁铁沿缸体轴向往复运动并给滚动磁铁施加转矩,滚动磁铁在线框腔内往复摆动或滚动,线圈切割磁力线发电并用于阻尼阀的驱动与控制。
