The breaking risk caused by the fact that the anti-unhooking device is in a working state for a long time can be effectively avoided.

    本发明涉及数据处理技术领域,具体提供一种起重机脱钩预警系统,包括:数据采集端,用于采集起重机吊钩的工作状态信息,所述工作状态信息包括吊钩的负载状态、防脱挡板位置以及锁紧弹簧的状态;所述数据采集端包括多个传感器,多个所述传感器用于测量锁紧弹簧的压力;数据边缘计算端获取锁紧弹簧的压力,根据吊钩防脱装置工作状态设置参考压力范围,若锁紧弹簧的压力值超出所述压力范围则生产报警信息。本发明能够有效避免防脱钩装置长时间处于工作状态导致的断裂风险。
