A motor drives a gear to rotate through a driving shaft, the gear is meshed with a gear ring to enable a rotating lantern ring to rotate, the rotating lantern ring rotates to drive a connecting rod to swing, and the connecting rod swings to drive an adjusting mechanism to swing. The adjusting mechanism swings to drive the auxiliary mechanism to swing, so that the hoisted steel pipe is driven to integrally swing, the orientation of an object can be automatically adjusted in the air when the long object is hoisted, and the long object can be conveniently conveyed into a room through a window.

    本发明公开了一种具有防脱钩装置的智能化起重机,包括连接架、驱动机构、调节机构、辅助机构、挂钩一以及挂钩二,在使用时,将需要起吊的钢管在中间以及两端分别绑定吊装带,中间的吊装带挂接于挂钩一上,两端的吊装带挂接于挂钩二上,挂钩一转动设置于挂钩连接端上,可将挂钩一的开口侧与挂钩二的开口侧错位设置,防止吊装过程中脱钩,电机通过驱动轴带动齿轮转动,齿轮与齿环相啮合使得转动套环转动,转动套环转动带动连接杆摆动,连接杆摆动带动调节机构摆动,调节机构摆动带动辅助机构摆动,从而带动吊装的钢管整体摆动,使得在吊装较长的物体时可在空中对物体的朝向自动进行调整,方便将较长的物体通过窗户运入室内。
