The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type aluminum alloy building hoisting device, and relates to the technical field of hoisting fixtures, the prefabricated assembly type aluminum alloy building hoisting device comprises a hoisting device body mounted on a to-be-hoisted component, and the hoisting device body comprises a lifting lug, a hoisting rope, a lifting auxiliary assembly and a bearing assembly; the lifting auxiliary assemblies are buckled to the four corners of a to-be-lifted component (the to-be-lifted component is a square plate) and tightly attached to three adjacent perpendicular faces of the corners of the to-be-lifted component, the lifting lugs are installed on the lifting auxiliary assemblies, the lifting ropes are tied and hung on the lifting lugs, and the four strands of lifting ropes are gathered to the position above the middle of the to-be-lifted component. The bearing assembly is rotationally installed on the lifting auxiliary assembly, during lifting, a lifting pulling force is generated in the direction of the lifting rope, and the lifting auxiliary assembly clamps a to-be-lifted component in the lifting process according to the acting force and the counter-acting force; and when the to-be-hoisted component is lifted to be higher than the thickness of the bearing assembly, the bearing assembly is overturned and buckled below the plate so as to ensure the hoisting stability and safety.

    本发明公开了一种预制装配式铝合金建筑物吊装装置,涉及吊装夹具技术领域,包括安装在待吊装构件上的吊装装置,吊装装置包括有吊耳、吊装绳、抬升辅助组件和承托组件,抬升辅助组件扣合在待吊装构件的四个角处(这里的待吊装构件为方形板件),并与待吊装构件角处的相邻的三个相互垂直面紧密贴合,吊耳安装在抬升辅助组件上,吊装绳栓挂在吊耳上,四股吊装绳汇聚至待吊装构件中部上方的位置,承托组件转动安装在抬升辅助组件上,起吊时,沿着吊装绳方向上产生一个吊装拉力,根据作用力与反作用力,在吊升的过程中抬升辅助组件将待吊装构件夹紧,直至待吊装构件抬升到高于承托组件厚度时将承托组件翻转扣设在板件下方以保证吊装的稳定性与安全性。
