The invention relates to hoisting equipment for an assembly-type building prefabricated part. The hoisting equipment comprises several vertically arranged self-scramble columns at intervals along the length direction of a building, a guide rail beam, a guide rail beam elevating drive unit, a prefabricated part crane, a foldable arm and a suspender. The prefabricated part crane is used for hoisting a precast concrete unit, the foldable arm is capable of hoisting the precast concrete unit by the suspender and moves along the guide rail beam, the precast concrete unit is conveyed to an installation position, the suspender is capable of rotating or performing transverse or longitudinal movement of the precast concrete unit through a suspender driving system, the precast concrete unit can be moved to an accurate position, and then installation is carried out. When the building construction of the layer is finished, the guide rail beam elevating drive unit is capable of driving the guide rail beam for lifting, so that construction for next layer is convenient. The hoisting equipment increases positioning accuracy while the precast concrete unit is installed, work is stable, and construction efficiency is increased.
