The invention provides a fire-fighting liquid cooling device for a battery charging and replacing cabinet. Comprising a plurality of liquid cooling plates, a plurality of water receiving trays, a water collecting tank, a water tank, a booster pump, a water chilling unit, a main liquid inlet pipe, a plurality of cooling liquid inlet branch pipes, a plurality of cooling liquid return branch pipes, a cooling liquid return main pipe, a liquid cooling valve, a fire fighting liquid inlet main pipe, a fire fighting valve, a plurality of fire fighting liquid inlet branch pipes, a plurality of fire fighting liquid return branch pipes, a fire fighting liquid return main pipe, a circulating pump and a controller, wherein a cooling liquid channel and a fire-fighting liquid channel which are separated from each other are formed in the liquid cooling plate, and a plurality of spraying openings which are respectively communicated with the fire-fighting liquid channel are formed in the lower surface of the liquid cooling plate. When the battery temperature exceeds a first preset threshold value, the controller controls the fire valve to be closed and the liquid cooling valve to be opened, so that the liquid cooling plate heats or cools the battery pack; and when the battery temperature exceeds a second preset threshold value, the controller controls the fire valve to be opened and the liquid cooling valve to be closed, so that the liquid cooling plate cools and sprays water to the battery pack at the same time.

    本发明提供一种充换电柜用消防液冷装置,包括:多个液冷板、多个接水盘、集水槽、水箱、增压泵、冷水机组、总进液管、多根冷却液进液支管、多根冷却液回液支管、冷却液回液总管、液冷阀、消防液进液总管、消防阀、多根消防液进液支管、多根消防液回液支管、消防液回液总管、循环泵以及控制器,其中,液冷板的内部形成有相互分隔的冷却液通道和消防液通道,下表面设有与消防液通道分别相连通的多个喷淋口。当电池温度超过第一预定阈值时,控制器控制消防阀关闭、液冷阀打开,使得液冷板对电池包加热或冷却;当电池温度超过第二预定阈值时,控制器控制消防阀打开、液冷阀关闭,使得液冷板对电池包同时冷却和水喷淋。
