According to the robot, wall climbing operation of the robot is achieved through the suction cups arranged at the bottom of the wall climbing mechanism, the knocking assembly knocks the wall surface, sound is collected and transmitted to the processor, whether the thermal insulation outer wall has defects or not is judged, compared with the prior art, manual work is replaced with the processing mode, and the outer wall inspection efficiency and precision are improved. The invention further requests to protect an inspection method of the inspection robot.
