The invention discloses a shipborne constant-power power supply continuous graphitization system and an operation method, the system comprises an annular moving mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a transformer, the annular moving mechanism comprises an annular water tank and a plurality of moving ships; the clamping mechanism comprises a plurality of clamping devices; and the output end of the transformer is electrically connected with each clamp holder. The device has the beneficial effects that the graphitization furnaces are driven by the annular moving mechanism to sequentially pass through the heating areas, the heating target temperatures of the heating areas are different, when the graphitization furnaces sequentially pass through the heating areas, the temperatures are gradually increased, the heating power of the heating areas with the high heating target temperatures is high, and the heating efficiency of the graphitization furnaces is improved. According to the technical scheme, the heating power of the heating area with the low heating target temperature is low, however, due to the fact that the transformer supplies power to the clamping devices of all the heating areas at the same time, after the system operates stably, the total heating power can be kept roughly stable, the power requirement in the heating process is more stable, the power utilization rate of the transformer is increased, and the production cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船载恒功率供电连续石墨化系统及运行方法,系统包括环形移动机构、夹持机构及变压器,环形移动机构包括环形水槽及若干个移动船;夹持机构包括若干个夹持器;变压器的输出端与各个所述夹持器均电连接。本发明的有益效果是:通过环形移动机构带动各个石墨化炉依次经过各个加热区,每个加热区的加热目标温度均不相同,石墨化炉依次经过各个加热区时,温度逐渐升高,加热目标温度高的加热区的加热功率高,加热目标温度低的加热区的加热功率低,但由于变压器为所有加热区的夹持器同时供电,这样,在系统稳定运行后,总加热功率可以保持大致稳定,从而使加热过程中的功率需求更为平稳,提高变压器的功率利用率,降低生产成本。
